The short version. You order a bag, we make and ship it, and Indian consumer law protects you the whole way. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they ship. Nothing here takes away your legal rights.
1. Who you're dealing with

2. Who can order
You need to be 18 or older to place an order. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian needs to place it for you.
3. The product
We sell the twozip backpack: a compact bag with two zip compartments (a main compartment with a laptop sleeve, and a front organiser pocket), in a cream body with a crimson-burgundy base. Colours on screen can look slightly different from the real fabric.

4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless clearly stated otherwise.
- Any shipping charge is shown before you pay. See our Shipping Policy.
- Payments are processed securely by [[PAYMENT PROVIDER]]. Cash on delivery: [[AVAILABLE / NOT AVAILABLE]].
- If a price is obviously wrong because of a technical error, we'll contact you before shipping. You can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Pre-orders
- A pre-order reserves a bag from an upcoming batch. You pay [[FULL AMOUNT / DEPOSIT OF ₹X]] when you order.
- The estimated dispatch window is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email: [[PRE-ORDER DISPATCH WINDOW]].
- If we expect to miss that window, we'll email you a new date. You can wait, or cancel for a full refund.
- You can cancel a pre-order any time before it's dispatched, for a full refund. We don't charge a cancellation fee. Details are in Refunds & Returns.
6. Order confirmation
You'll get an email confirming your order. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if the item is unavailable, your address isn't serviceable, payment fails, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you pay nothing.
7. Using this site
Please don't misuse the site: no scraping, hacking, overloading, or using it for anything unlawful. The designs, photos, 3D model, text and brand on this site belong to [[COMPANY LEGAL NAME]]. Don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
8. Our responsibility
We're responsible for the bag being as described and free of manufacturing defects, as set out in our policies and Indian law. We're not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control (such as courier disruptions, natural disasters or government action). Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that can't be excluded.
9. Complaints
If something's wrong, contact us first. Our details, including our Grievance Officer, are on the Contact & Grievances page. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
10. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [[CITY, STATE]] have jurisdiction. This doesn't affect your right to approach a Consumer Commission where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one on the site when you placed it.
